This is one of Maier's miraculous photographs.
Vivian Dorothea Maier (February 1,1926-April 21, 2009) was an American amateur street photographer. She was born in New York City, grew up in France and went back to Chicago, worked for about forty years as a nanny.
Her photographs remained unknown and was discovered by 26-year-old real estate agent John Maloof in 2007.
